Raise a parting glass with this signature drink from our staff. The Parting Glass is a twist on the Old Pal, which itself is a variation of the classic Negroni. The bitters and vermouth add the rye spice to the drink without overpowering the smooth Irish whiskey flavor. While St. Patrick's Day has passed this year, you can enjoy this drink year-round.
What You Need:
Recipe:
- 1 oz. Clonakilty Catoctin Creek Rye Finished Irish Whiskey
- 1 oz. Campari Bitters
- 1 oz. Dolin Dry Vermouth
- 2 dashes of Peychaud’s Sazerac Rye barrel aged bitters
Combine ingredients in a glass with ice and stir until chilled. Then strain into a chilled coupe and enjoy.
