Well made cocktails require well made spirits, and thankfully we have no shortage of those at BayTowne! Castle & Key is one of the most popular new craft whiskey operations in Kentucky. They created a beautiful campus on the grounds of the old Taylor distillery, which was built with castle-like architecture and opened by Colonel E.H. Taylor in 1887. Their operation is thus steeped in Kentucky bourbon history, but also on the cutting edge of innovation. In that, they have a portfolio of great versatility, including not only bourbon, but vodka, rye, and several expressions of gin.
