As we finally approach something close to patio weather, we could all do with a nice cocktail. Enter Alex from Hotaling & Co., the folks behind such respected brands as Nikka, Dingle, and Luxardo. On Thursday May 7th, he’ll be leading a cocktail class in our seminar room here at BayTowne Wine & Spirits. Join in a varied educational experience, as he takes us through these high quality spirits themselves and shows them in application with such well-loved drinks as the Old Fashioned, Clover Club, and Espresso Martini. All three will have the distinction of creation with these global spirits, coming from Ireland, Japan, and Italy, and Alex will instruct guests on the techniques of their preparation.
