Rochester Cocktail Revival

Rochester Cocktail Revival is New York State's only annual, weeklong spirits festival, currently in its eleventh year. Since its inception in 2014, RCR has grown to include 30+ craft cocktail bars to present 15+ pairing dinners, 40+ parties, a daytime spirit tasting event, hands-on educational seminars, live music, interactive entertainment at arts venues, and the climactic Bar Room Battle Royale between local mixologists.

The 2014-23 editions of the Rochester Cocktail Revival drew attendees from around New York State and the U.S. Estimated attendance has multiplied from 2,000 enthusiastic imbibers in 2014 to more than 15,000 in 2023. RCR also attracts spirit professionals from all over New York State, as well as many out-of-state contributors. Past speakers, presenters and judges include such liquid luminaries as David Wondrich, Dale DeGroff, Lynnette Marrero, Lynn House, Steven Soderbergh, Gaz Regan, Noah Rothbaum, Robert Simonson, Ivy Mix, Eamon Rockey and more.
