2020 Homestead Cider: Callicoon Creeks † * 50 cases made, 7.8% abv , 500 ml
Specs: Bitter-Sharp, off-dry, w/ carroty-amber color. Cloudy w/ mild to medium effervescence.
Notes: Bright, intense mango/ tart cherry with secondary Orange Julius/ cream-soda notes. Mild tannins draw it out.
Source: Unsprayed wild & uncultivated apples foraged in the hills above the North and East Branches of the Callicoon Creeks.
