Wild Arc Farm Sweetheart Cider

Wild Arc continued their experiments in cofermentation this year. 100% Northern Spy juice was aged on red grape must for two months both to inoculate with native yeast and to extract some color and tannin. This wine is the result. It's bright and beautiful with an almost tropical nose, all while maintaining the bracing acidity we love from Northern Spy apples. It's a real Sweetheart.

Tart, refreshing, and tropical.
