Easy Sailor Seminar (Tiki Week) Session 2

At long last, Rochester, a city known for its vibrant community of rum and Tiki enthusiasts is getting a dedicated Tiki bar. Easy Sailor is being realized by the same team that made Rochester Tiki Week such a great success last year, and we at BayTowne Wine & Spirits are beyond excited to see such a haven for rum and rum cocktails come to fruition. That’s why our spirits specialist, Lucas, will be leading a seminar there during this year’s Tiki Week. Lucas will be pouring a lineup of expressions from Worthy Park and Rhum JM to showcase how a rum’s base material impacts the finished spirit. Attendees will taste rums distilled from fresh sugar cane juice, from molasses, and from a blend of both to experience first hand how these differences influence flavor.
