Join Nathan from PM Spirits and Lucas from BayTowne on a journey through PM’s delicious offerings. The class will kick off with a welcome cocktail of Cuban design, but using the Cañada Oaxacan aguardiente-style rum. Then we’ll taste naturally fermented Ecuadorian cane juice rum, Haitian clairin, a private barrel of New England rum, a fourteen year aged rum from El Salvador, and a new take on rhum arrangé using Hampden rum, orange peel, and Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee. As this lineup demonstrates, PM’s portfolio of rums shows one of the most exciting things about rum as a category - incomparable diversity.
