High West Distillery has made a name for themselves as one of the most beloved American craft distilleries and blending houses of the past fifteen years. We had the opportunity to pick a barrel with them - a bourbon secondarily matured in former Spanish brandy casks. This plays up the fruit notes of the bourbon into a delicious harmony of lemon hard candy and grape juice notes. This pick is so irrefutably tasty its sure to have a wide appeal, alongside the pure originality of the brandy finish. Come on in and taste it for yourself!
