Last Shot Distillery opened its doors just outside Skaneatles, N.Y. in 2015. Chris Uyehara, a pastry chef with 37 years experience, decided to devote himself as master distiller of a new culinary project - making great whiskey. He set up his operation with a small team on the former site of the 19th century Earll & Kellogg Distillery. Last Shot distills, ages, and bottles all their own distillate, using local grain and thoughtfully sourced ingredients. We here at BayTowne Wine & Spirits carry their bourbon, their Skaneatles whiskey, and their Chocolate Creme Brulee. The latter is an impressively complex and layered cream liqueur. We have the exclusive position as the only retailer in Rochester to represent this great Skaneatles craft distillery, so come and join us for the unique opportunity to taste their outstanding spirits.
